A compact rules reference for future implementation work.
Battlefield: 7×7 grid. Navia Square: center back-row starting square. Summon Squares: marked squares used for Maseitai entry. Gyullas Reduction Zone: middle column zone where Maseitai Dratp/Invoke costs are halved and rounded up. End Line: line crossed by Gulled for line-over and by Navia for Navia Goal.
Gyullas are earned by moving Gulled, taking battle pieces, or choosing the 10-Gyullas line-over bonus. The number on a Maseitai compass is both Dratp cost and capture value. Pieces removed by Dratp effects usually do not award Gyullas unless the effect says otherwise.
When a battle piece lands on a square occupied by an opposing Maseitai or Gulled, the opposing piece is taken and moved to its owner’s Graveyard. Capturing a Navia immediately wins the game.
Dratp is the last action of a turn. A piece may move and then Dratp, but cannot Dratp and then move. A newly summoned Maseitai cannot Dratp on that same turn.
Check means a Navia can be captured on the next move and should be declared. A Navia in check cannot perform Navia Dratp. Repeated unchanged positions for three turns by both players can trigger Thousand War draw handling, with special handling when the repetition is tied to check.
The Navia is generally unaffected by Maseitai Dratp powers unless specifically stated, does not receive the Gyullas Reduction Zone discount, and cannot Navia Dratp while in check.
